Help pick the title of my book!

So much is happening this week: the Olympics with the amazing one in a Malinin "Quad God" Ilia in men's singles skating, the Super Bowl LX (Go Pats!), Valentine's Day, and it's time to decide on the title of my new book!

All of you have followed my blog posts about my Stiff Person Syndrome medical trial for the past nine months. I have completed a book that chronicles my journey of living with SPS from the time I was diagnosed with the condition through my participation in Kyverna Therapeutics groundbreaking medical trial to reverse the effects of SPS. The manuscript is being professionally edited as I write. I gathered about 70 potential title/subtitle combinations and have culled the possibilities to just five. I need to choose a title before proceeding with a book cover competition.

So this is where you come in. Authors usually test book titles to see which one will attract potential readers.
